Andrew has significant courtroom experience. Andrew conducted dozens of trials as a criminal prosecutor. He has expertise in matters involving allegations of fraud, white-collar/corporate crime, and sexual misconduct. Clients, including the general counsel of large institutions, rely on Andrew to handle their most sensitive crises.
In 2023, Benchmark Litigation named Andrew as a Future Star and included him in its “40 & Under List”. He was awarded Prosecutor of the Year by the International Association of Financial Crimes Investigators. Andrew teaches trial advocacy at Osgoode’s Intensive Trial Advocacy Workshop. He was elected to the Ontario Bar Association’s Civil Litigation executive and was past member of The Advocates’ Society Commercial Litigation Practice Group.
Andrew clerked for the judges of the Ontario Superior Court, focusing on the Commercial List and class actions. He earned his law degree and an M. A. in philosophy from the University of Toronto.
