Biography
Frank is a founder of Addario Law Group. He has a wide-ranging national litigation practice.
Frank has tried over 150 cases to conclusion. He regularly appears on appeals before the Ontario Court of Appeal and elsewhere in Canada. Frank has one of the leading Supreme Court of Canada practices in the country, having appeared in that Court over 40 times as counsel. He is an advisor with the Supreme Court Advocacy Institute, a peer review for counsel appearing in the Supreme Court of Canada.
Frank is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, the premier trial lawyers' organization in North America. He is ranked by Chambers Canada for White Collar Crime, Government Investigations and as a Criminal Law practitioner.
Frank is routinely hired by organizations and senior executives to solve high-stakes disputes and manage crises.
Frank is a Director of the Canadian Civil Liberties Association, having served on the Board for over 18 years. He is a past President of the Criminal Lawyers' Association (Ontario). In 2016, Frank received the G. Arthur Martin Criminal Justice Medal for his life-long commitment to criminal justice.
