ALG's Frank Addario is a presenter at this week's 48th Annual National Criminal Law Program in Montreal. The Federation of Law Societies of Canada organizes the annual conference, which invites defence and Crown counsel, judges, and legal scholars to share research and best practices on criminal law issues. ALG's Lynda Morgan and Jocelyn Rempel join Frank in Montreal as delegates to the conference.
Frank is a speaker on three panels at this year's NCLP. He will present on the admissibility and use of prior statements and expert opinion evidence.
